That is a great price for an M8. Just make sure it's an M8 and not a "PSP".

PSP will have the mag release at the heal of the grip, a smaller trigger guard, and no heat shield above the trigger.
The M8 will have the mag release behind the trigger guard like a 1911, a larger trigger guard, and a plastic heat shield above the trigger. I like to looks of the smaller PSP trigger guard but there's no denying the improved tacticalness of the M8. |

If it's a basic P7 with heel release, they go for $1k+. Mags and box increase that price. If it has the heel release there's a good chance it's an imported former police gun. |

The PSP (correction: plain old P7) is barely a $1k gun, whereas the M8 is more. Lots of PSP (correction: plain ‘ol P7) trade-ins sold for around $700 several years ago. Not a ton of interest.
The M8 has USP style mag release behind the trigger.

I’m kind of surprised at the low prices mentioned. I look at prices on these from time to time between the psp and the m8 and would say $1800-2k is cheap. For one in box with mags and excellent shape it will sell for over $2k. Heck even the magazines are getting to be crazy expensive. Op just search Archived EE listings for PSP or completed listings on gunbroker and you’ll see some crazy prices that sold. Try and find one similar to what you’re looking at.
