Will this combo work with the Sico Scythe and is the quality equal to Rearden?

I have a hansohn plan B muzzle brake that I use and it appears quality to me… fits nice with my Q plan B adapters and the Ecco plan B adapters…. Hansohn Bros service has always been top notch for me so I wouldn’t hesitate.
