There is not much info on these mags so I thought I would start a thread

I bought this mag right when My grandfather bought me my 10/22, this was before the BX-25 mags were released.

I remember buying it I think from Brownells.

I have around 7-8k rounds through the 10/22 and most of them through this mag. For the longest time this was my only 25 rd mag. I was skeptical when I first bought it, but I have found it to be just as reliable as the BX-25 and have no ammo sensitivity. The mag is also user serviceable and has a thumb assist, with a detachable stripper clip to make it faster to reload the mag, and has steel feed lips/ locking surfaces.

I’m making this thread because there is so little info out there on these mags and the company now has a Gen 2. Does anyone else have a HC3R mag and what has your experience been?

i have the big kit with extra stripper clips and loading block i works good

I was thinking about buying that and the Gen 2 “upgrade” kit
