I ordered a poncho liner two months ago and have tried to communicate with them over the last month twice but haven’t heard back.  I realize there is a lead time on their stuff but two months without any communication seems a little excessive to me.

Are they still in business?

Nobody?  They still haven’t responded to my emails, guess I’ll be calling the CC company tomorrow.

Not in about 8 months. I’ve ordered a ton of stuff from Lance in the past and plan on ordering more so I hope it’s not gone.

Not to bring a dead topic back to life but after not hearing from them at all since May and over a month since I sent three emails I called my credit card company to file a chargeback.  They didnt even show a charge from the company so I am guessing its a dead account now and the company is gone.  If anyone has a phone number for them I would still like what I tried to order so I would appreciate it.
