I have one of those and it is a lot of fun. The action is a lot smoother than I though it was while going to be just cycling the action. The recoil is minimal even though the rifle is light. I am glad I bought it and plan to have more fun with it in a few weeks. It's too bad 44mag jumped up in price so much since the rona hit. I was able to buy a few boxes before the rona for a decent price. I purchased the rifle on sale at the PX. There was a 45 colt there also but another Arfcommer bought it.

You know it was a great deal because it's now out of stock!
I'm beginning to believe lever guns are the perfect suppressed platform, as they hold the action closed for maximum quietness. bolt guns do too, but you ought to be shooting them at stuff so far away suppression isn't really needed  |

I think it was a bait-and-switch. They charged my card then in a day or two I got an email saying they had "oversold" the product, BUT for an additional $60 (to be charged to my card) they would upgrade me to a different Rossi .44 Magnum. NOPE. I asked for and received a refund.
