This is my first time using eform and I have a couple of questions.

I am submitting 2 eform 1’s and I have a paper form 4 pending since last November.

Should I submit my trust for each form 1 or use the submitted in the last 24 months exemption since it was sent in with the form 4?

Do I need to send two sets of prints per cover letter/per form 1 and per responsible person? So either 2 sets per RP or 4?

Am I able to reference my submitted form 4 anywhere in the form 1 areas? Should I?

Edit:  Am I able to use a digital signature on the 5320.23 form?

1. 24-month exemption only comes into play if you have an approved form…so you need to submit a copy of the trust
2. You can send both cover letters in the same envelope, and need two completed cards per RP
3. No, no
4. Seems like that just depends on who gets the form…safest bet is to print, sign, scan, upload

Another question I have is for the make and model of the shotgun I am registering.

On the eform manufacturer is listed as Remington located in the United States.

On the receiver it just says Remington 870 and then serial #.
On the barrel is says Remington Arms Company.

I know the shotgun is an 870 Express but it doesn’t say that anywhere on the shotgun.

What should I be putting on all the forms?

Remington is the manufacturer

Use 870 for the model number.  Express is just a commercial model name.

Use only what’s stamped on the receiver.
