My friend just got back his first Form 1 for a SBR and there is no picture. He filed as a trust and I have always filed as an individual. I am going to assume that as a trust they will not put his pic he submitted on the approved form. I this correct?

When filing as a trust, the picture follows the RPQ and not the form 1, so you won't have a picture on the form 1.
