Ive done paper,13 mo. I want to do another SBR, eform 1 Trust. Couple questions:
1) What are the instructions for the photos? 1 other trustee, already on trust.
2) Do I need to amend my trust to show NFA item #1 as an asset?
Any help would be appreciated,thanks

You can take your own photo. Take a selfie that looks like a passport photo. Then in the iphone I just edit the photo to make it square.

I amend my trust to include all approved NFA items.

1) I used the tool on the Dept. of State website to scale my selfie to proper head/face size and crop to 2" square. Took about 3 minutes.

2) Depends on how your Trust is written. Yours may require a list of assets, usually on a Schedule A. Mine does not. The only asset I have to list is the one dollar initial contribution I made when I set up the Trust.
