What are the gold-colored rings?

Interesting design!
@kedminster Would you recommend this suppressor for an untuned host? I'm trying to gauge where this would fall in the back pressure spectrum between something like a Griffin Recce, YHM T3 and a HuxWrx Flow 556K. |

So, these are the last baffles the bullet passes before exiting the can? And there’s one more on the gun end of the can?

View Quote I haven't shot this on an untuned host side-by-side with any of those suppressors you listed so I can't provide objective feedback on how it compares to those. I have shot it on an untuned DD MK18 and it runs fine although there is always an opportunity for further improvement through tuning. We have used the bootleg carrier with success on our MK18's and really like it. That is a simple carrier swap that doesn't require any major disassembly of a COTS gun. All comes down to no free lunch from physics. Any thing that lowers the exit velocity of the gasses and lengthens the time for them to exit the silencer improves suppression but will increase the pressure at the gas port. Karl Edminster PV=nRT Gas Law(yer)* Energetic Armament *And yes, I realize Ideal Gas law doesn't precisely apply here... |

Interesting design there.
I wish other companies would post theirs too. |

@kedminster
Is there any chance of you making a 30 caliber version of this suppressor? |
