Can I use a rugged obsidian cap on a form 1 suppressor?

Yeah, why not? It's not a silencer part, just like your solvent trap tube

I, however, wouldn't have the two next to each other (unless you have another legal use for the end cap) before the stamp arrives. Not that anyone is coming to kick your door down, but just keeping w/ site policy of not recommending anything illegal
