You could get a PVS-14 housing kit from N-Vision optics for $649. Swapping the tube should be pretty easy.

The objective lens has value as a pvs14 style C-mount lens.

The lenses seem pretty good and I'd like to re-use as much as possible, if I can get a lighter housing that is always good too.

I intended to get a AB Night Vision NVM-2AA C mount housing to upgrade mine, but recently traded it. Their double AA housing is lighter than a single battery PVS14 and supposed to be durable.

I have an extra envis body or two sitting around with functional power buttons if you're interested. Cheap.

Coming into the thread late with a question; the C style 14 obj is valuable-can sell off toward a 14 obj lense, but is the rear focus m/lense the same on a 14/pit bull?
