Submitted & prints mailed: 7/30 Prints received: 8/2 8/25 it was disapproved as I had different model #'s on the RPQ vs. the dropdown selection on the Form 1. I emailed the examiner Heather Huff and she had me re-submit again, but agreed to use the prints I had already sent. I re-submitted on 8/26 and she approved it 22 minutes later. |

Submitted 5 Aug 2019 Prints to ATF 9 Aug 2019 Approved 12 Sep 2019 39 days My form in the attachment has a "DRAFT" watermark, I sent a message to the "Ask The Experts" for a copy without the "DRAFT" watermark. Now I can freekin breathe ETA: A mere 4 hours after I "Asked the Experts" for a "non-DRAFT" watermark copy of my Form 1, received a second email with the "No Watermark" Form 1 attached. Amazing, Yes? |

Got another one approved! 
eForm 1, SBR, Trust with 1 RP. Filed: 08/25/19 Approved: 09/30/19 35 days! It would probably be seen as a little slow, butt... My last one (approved in late May) took 169 days. Maybe the blinding speed (?) on this one had to do with having a previous approval recently. Maybe it's because I used the 24-month exemption on sending in my Trust papers. Maybe the planets just randomly fucking aligned. I dunno. What I DO know is I'll be filing another form in the next couple of days. |

So there is hope for you guys that are normally caught in “Pending FBI check”. My last 3 Form 1 and Form 4 have all been at least 14 months. The last time I had to have my State Rep get it resolved and was worried it could happen with my first E file attempt. Not the case. Form 1 E-file Trust. 1 RP. 09-4-19 - E-file submitted 09-9-19 - They received my prints 10-2-19 - Approved 28 days from start to finish. |

Submitted 9/4/19 Prints arrived 9/9/19 DISAPPROVED (model missing) 10/2/19 Resubmitted 10/3/19 Approved 10/4/19 I didn't need to send my prints in again, they asked for the old and new control #s and I was approved a few hours later. |
