Efile F1 SBR (individual)
Submitted: 6/19/2019 Prints Received: 6/24/2019 Approved: 7/7/2019 Much as the NFA is outdated and patently absurd, credit to the rank-and-file employees who process NFA paperwork. That's a fast turnaround and a turnaround on a Sunday, nonetheless. |

| Question? Do you have to upload a background check questionnaire along with filling out the exact same questionnaire on the form with all the yes and no’s? It gives you a spot to upload the same thing you just e-filled out. |

Individual Efile Form1 SBR submitted 6/6/2019
Prints received 6/10/2019 Approved 7/22/2019 Yesterday was day 46, so I submitted a status update via "Ask an Expert" Heather Huff responded within an hour asking for my Control/Permit number. I received an approval in about 2 hours after my initial question. Squeaky wheel?!?! Either way, thanks Heather!!! |

Two eForms...submitted 10:30a-11a on Monday 6/24/19. Prints mailed 6/25 & received 6/28. Approved ~8:15p on Tuesday 7/23. Only thing “different” about these is I did a Entity Documentation Certification instead of providing a copy of my trust. That’s the 24-month exception they allow. One advantage is there couldn’t be any reinterpretation of who may or may not be an RP. I’ll start a thread about it tomorrow, since I’ve seen multiple people ask about it but there’s no actual form/example available from the ATF.

SBR efile form 1 as individual. Submitted on June 28 2019, sent in prints next day via regular mail (literally put them in an envelope with stamps and shoved it in the mailbox, so I don’t know when they actually got them). Got the stamp this morning on July 26 2019. So probably about 25 days total. Give or take. I called about a week or two in just to make sure my prints got there and were satisfactory. Guy on phone said wait times right now are approximately one month. |

2x Silencers Form 1 Individual
Created/pending research 6/21 Status changed to submitted for both on 6/25 Prints received 7/2 (I was out of town for work and couldn't mail them when they switched from pending research until the following weekend) Approved 7/29 I mailed the 2 cover letters in the same envelope with 4 identical finger print cards. Maybe I only needed to send 2 print cards, but they're cheap so whatever. |

Filed 6 Eform 1's for SBR's via a Trust. My digital signature was applied between 6/29/19 and 7/5/19. I mailed all 6 cover letters along with 3 or 4 fingerprint cards (extras were in case one or two were bad) around July 5.
All were approved between 7/26/19 and 7/31/19. Less than a month for them all. I was pretty pleased. |
