SBS: Submitted, 4/5/2019 Accepted, 4/5/2019 Prints mailed, 4/8/2019 Prints Received, 4/10/2019 Approved, 5/4/2019 AOW: Submitted, 4/5/2019 (Pending Research) Accepted, 4/7/2019 Prints mailed, 4/8/2019 Prints Received, 4/10/2019 Approved, 5/7/2019 Just FYI, I left box 4h blank on the AOW and on the SBS I filled it in with my name, city, and state. Both were approved as submitted. I also rolled my own prints. These were my first efiles and my first stamps since 2013. I’m probably lucky that one cannot efile form 4s or I would go broke on suppressors. At the same time I would really like a smaller 9mm can and a 5.56 can. I just don’t want to wait 9 months plus and I’m not handy enough for form 1 cans. |

Efiled Form 1 SBR individual Submitted 4/9/19 Approved 5/7/19 Now I have an SP5K SBR that needs a stock. Seems like they are slowing down a little. One I did earlier in April came back in 12 days and this one took a month. Not that I’m complaining since I have a Maxim 9 in jail for 10 months now. Submitting one more for TP9 I just bought them I’m done. |

2x E-Filed Form 1 Trust (1RP) SBR Submitted: 03/27/2019 Prints Rcvd: 04/8/2019 Approved: 05/10/2019 submitted 04/02/19 Prints Rcvd: 04/8/2019 Approved: 05/10/2019 I contacted the ATF about an arbitrary/minor F1 issue then asked about status and within an hour both were approved. |

But you also may have run into a BGC issue and the other person didn’t. Some EForms are taking an additional 1-3 months, maybe more. |

5x eForm 1s (2x SBR, 3x Suppressor), Trust (previously used for all NFA items and amended for new address). Submitted the entire batch of 5 forms at once. Slight delay for the suppressors as I had to create/assign serial numbers, model #, and dimensions to ATF. Stats below:

Trust, TWO Responsible Persons. Submitted: 4/26/2019 Prints received: 4/30/2019 Approved : 5/23/2019 27 Days. Not many posts in here with a multi-RP Trust. I had fears that would cause delays. First post-41F application and used the same trust (no amendments) that 13 other Forms reside on. |
