I'm curious about the CA pistol grip block and if it is potentially removable without damaging the rest of the stock if you aren't in a ban state.
Any pics or info of how this is added to the rifle?  |

It could be done with grinding out the plastic or water jet cutting.
Or the simple easy way, buy a new stock providing that they did not re-designed the rifle in a way of allowing interchangablitiy. |

I'm not aware of a factory Kalifornia option - seems likely to be an aftermarket mod but as noted by another poster, just get a normal stock to use when outside Kalifornia. DIY Kalifornication seems like it would be pretty easy with a USR stock - just clamp/glue two thin pieces of plastic to cover the "thumbhole" cutout...

are you trying to make it California compliant?
