I'm confused. Zenith was simply importing MKE guns. They were not manufacturing anything. It was simply importation. Once the business relationship broke down, Century stepped in and is now the importer.
I have no idea where Zenith got the data to produce MP5 clones. My guess is reverse engineering. |

I’m going to speculate that they don’t have the TDP and that they are collaborating with Bailey to bring guns to market.

At this point a US OEM manufacturing base exists for the MP5. I have been approached by many US manufacturers of MP5 parts at shot show so I would Imagine Zenith is working with this existing manufacturing base.
