| Placed an order back in early May and got a order processing notification right away. Then nothing, six weeks later still nothing. Tried to make contact to no avail. Anyone have a similar experience with DM? I hear the owner does very good work. |
| I ordered a tube back in Sept and it took 3 business days to ship. Buddy ordered an "in stock" tube almost a month ago and has heard crickets. He ordered a YHM adapter separately that was shipped after a couple days. He ordered another "in stock" tube a couple days ago, so we'll see how that one goes as well. I like what they have to offer but it seems they're in over their heads lately from my buddy's and others experiences. |

I’m in the same boat. Ordered a tube and anodizing. Didn’t see a way to specify the color for the Ti anodizing. Got an email saying no color was selected for the anodizing the next day. Responded back immediately and have heard nothing since. This was middle May. Sent and email last week and no response yet. Not to concerned as my F1 still isn’t approved, but will probably get antsy if I still don’t have it when it does. |

The lack of communication and time frame are frustrating but he does do good work. |

Quoted: I placed an order at the end of April. 15 weeks later no word. I had sent an email about a month after(I think) and then another a few weeks ago. No response. The items were all listed as in stock at the time of order. three and a half month wait time... wew. |
Website is not tied to a real inventory like Amazon, etc. Available to order is "in stock". There are couple ways to do things, one is like Quelltech and others where there is real inventory but because of this things need to be sold as kits with only a few options and to purchase you need watch notifications and be available to pull off the road the second it does and get through checkout. Some people would prefer to do this, others would rather have there place in the line and just wait. He gets over a thousand emails a day and doesn't check them, he won't be able to do this and make parts for orders that are generated. It was a lot easier when I was his only customer Reality is you may get your parts this week, or it may 9 months later.

But since the website advertises a week to a few weeks and it has been several months, it’s bullshit. |

I have several of his products. They have all been great. I've recommended him to friends. That said he's lucky people haven't threatened legal action over some of his conduct. Tying up what could be fairly big money to customers and then going completely radio silent is not cool. His stuff is excellent and worth the wait... but he should communicate the wait. If he is that swamped he needs to hire a customer service guy who could also handle his shipping. |

I knew he had a great reputation for quality, but it took nearly 4 months and I have a hunch my stuff and order was forgotten about. |

We’ve heard they’re swamped since they started having extremely long wait times. It’s no longer that they’re swamped and the real reason is just poor business operations. There’s your answer. It isn’t they’re swamped, they just have poor business operations. |

Quoted: I'd be doing a cc charge back... I’m about to start pursuing that... bought $700 or so of stuff from them in May and nothing yet. All was supposedly in stock when I ordered. I sent an email a month or two ago and received no response. Reminds me of a certain HK guru who produced outstanding work if he sobered up long enough actually do any work. At some point their order backlog is gonna have to diminish some just because of all the customers they have burned. You know a business isn’t being run worth a damn when the ATF is faster and more responsive. My Form 1s have been approved for months. |

Quoted: Any updates folks as of recent? I wanted to pickup a couple of kits now I'm hesitant. I can’t recommend placing an order... some people may have received good parts in the past however they don’t seem to have delivered product for many buyers in 6+ months and they are completely unresponsive to emails. Unless you are ok with potentially being ripped off for hundreds of dollars it’s not worth the gamble that they are going to actually deliver. |

Just curious? I bought the Premium Tuned 9mm kit from them in January. It took me doing a CC charge back to get any response from them which was finally a tracking number. I do not recall the exact time line but I believe it was over a month from me ordering to it arriving at my door. I just recently submitted a efile Form 1 near the end of October to turn it into a suppressor but was placed in 90 day "pending research" purgatory so other than getting the tube engraved and buying a 3 lug adapter I haven't done anything with it yet. |
