Yep cheap damascus knives can be found. Just search for them. Cable steal ones shouldn't be much just have to search around.

Boker is solid.

No idea how their damascus steel is but that's a handsome folder.

This is damascus from India and Pakistan.  U.S. made used to cost $100 per inch and up.  It's not all the same.

I have 2 of their 33 layer Nickel Damascus steel w/V10 stainless steel core folders for many years. One small and one large.
The edge holding is fantastic. Better than any other folder I have.

You really won't find any Damascus folders of quality for $50.
Boker makes some high quality Damascus folders that cost hundreds of dollars.
The model you listed is made by a division of Boker, manufacturered in China, and as was mentioned, is not that great of quality.
