Looking at the Sig website, the only MPX carbine they show as available is a black one with a folding stock.

Every website I go to trying to buy one shows the collapsible sliding stock. The part numbers are the same. Are new oroduction guns coming with this folding stock?

That's the folding, collapsible stock.. that would be my preferred choice but that's just me.
The collapsible stock you are looking for is an option from Sig and a few other makers but I don't think they offer it on the gun from the factory anymore
