They should be fine.
I can't speak directly to the PTR but they work fine in my HK factory guns. |

New production guns may or may not be different but I have an early JLD PTR-91 and CETME mags do not work in mine

OK I haven't gotten the gun yet should be going out in the mail today.
Since mags are so cheap I was going to stock up but had to buy 20-30mags and none work.

Do yourself a favor, buy the Aluminium ones, the HK91 is heavy enough.

Newer production PTR, the 1 CETME mag I have doesn't fit.

I bought ten on Brownells but they are out of stock now for about 60 shipped. Keep looking the EE is an excellent location. I just missed out on several good deals for additional mags.

They do have them for back order, if you did a couple packs you could add a coupon to it for a little bit of savings. That 36 pack at Leesmags.com works out to 2.78 each, which is pretty solid. Tempting, but do I need more? Never done business with them before though. I miss the good old days of $1/mag or less if you were watchful.

Every Cetme mag I have ever fondled was beat to shit, had rust and they are heavy. Get G3 mags and don't look back.
Oh and leesmags.com is your go to. |
