Buddy is offering me a TON of cat 5e cable free of charge. See attached pics.

Would this be sufficient for a residential Reolink camera system?

I read that twisted copper braids are NOT GOOD for cameras.

Any way to determine if this is okay for my desired application?

Thanks

For indoor use, plain old unshielded twisted pair Cat 5e is more than sufficient. Even a 4K camera can't come close to maxing out the bandwidth of Cat 5e. I have several Hikvision 4K cameras going to an NVR on a Unifi Gigabit network. It's just fine.

An ATSC stream from a broadcast TV station is 19mbits.
It carries all the data for all the channels the station carries.

Thank you guys a ton for the quick responses!!

So just to be sure-the cable I’ve pictured is good to go for my cameras?  They would be outside mounted to my house.

I swear I read something about twisted copper or unshielded copper inside the wire is a problem?

Totally fine. I run Hikvision 4MP POE cameras and never have power or data issue

Each copper pair is twisted (at different rates) inside the sheath. This is completely normal, and true of Cat 5e, 6, etc.
