One word of caution. If you do change it with an amendment, be prepared for the ATF to screw it up anyway.
My first trust had some weird formatting that made it look like the name included the date (like your example). A couple forms got denied. I had an amendment drafted to clarify the name. Then I put a sticky note on the front page that said to make sure they saw the amendment, and mentioned it was to address the trust name. The next form was also denied, for the same reason. When I called in and spoke to the examiner, I asked why they ignored the post-it and the amendment. The answer was basically “we didn’t look at it because amendments are usually to change who the trustees are”…
(this was before 41F, so RPs didn’t matter)
