I don’t. I had a couple last week but they’re gone.
I have a feeling the 762 CQBs or another full size batch will show up soon though. |

How "good" are the PRS silencers?

For me, my priorities are minimal POI shift and repeatability, durability, flash reduction, then sound reduction. I have ~900 rounds through the 30 caliber one, and I'm very happy with it. There is a very noticeable difference in back-pressure between the older cans and the new PRT/PRG cans. Once I have the new 5.56 suppressor in hand, I'll be able to compare that with the prior version also. |

Is there any information (even rumors) as to if/when the QDSS NT-4 PRG will be released?

It seems like they are running large batches of the same suppressors. The MCQs were everywhere, then the CRS started popping up, and now I've seen 7.62 stuff around. I'd imagine the NT4s will be in people's hands sooner rather than later.

I have a couple of the full size 5.56 cans. They are impressive. I also have the older CRS and the gas difference is significantly less with the new style can!

Range report. The 7.62 can on the 14.5CC is fantastic. The whole setup handles like a small frame with negligible recoil and almost no gas to the face. Extremely pleased.

View Quote Been considering a 5.56 PRT/CRS, but waiting on the DA L6, & more specifically, the ABD backpressure adjustment accessory it has, which is claimed to yield ~30% reduction, & is compatible with its other rifle cans, of which I have 2 (Sandman S & Sierra 5). Rooftop Defense test (using a FA M249) of the S5 shows 17.8% back pressure increase, while the KAC 5.56 PRT yields 8.5% increase. The ABD device is claimed to reduce BP by as much as 30%, which would theoretically bring the S5 down to 12-13%. I like the BP adjustability offered by the ABD, but the KAC is still the better performer, with L6 performance being unknown at this time. Like a lot of you, I dedicate cans to individual guns, so ultimately, it comes down to how well the can will work with the host firearm I dedicate it to (In my case, the ARX100, which needs back pressure reduction because it has dual ejection ports & no reduced/suppressor gas pressure setting). While the KAC BP reduction is fixed/nonadjustable, it is significantly better than the S5, & it also has the best mount in the business. |

View Quote It’s the fullsize 7.62 can, I honestly already forget what it’s called lol. But yes, no doubt you know it’s on there. I strongly considered this, but a lot of what I want necessitates the weight. So ultimately I decided i’m OK with the trade off. This is a big part of why I went with the 14.5 though, With a lightweight optic and moving the stock in one position to really get into it, I have no problem still moving fast. Obviously it swings slower than a CQB with a dot, but aint no body comparing 308 vs 5.56 for CQB in the first place. I’m done with deadair. And the 7.62 surefire cans are almost 20oz, have clearance issues with the 14.5CC rail, and aren’t flow through (yet). I will consider the shorty 7.62 KAC can when it’s released if it’s substantially lighter, but if it only suppresses like that shorty 5.56 can I’ll pass |

Is there a warranty for issues like end cap or baffle strikes? Being that these are 3D printed, will they repair/replace in case of catastrophic damage? |
