I got lucky and scored a nice 03A3 with C stock and a M1917 last trip along with an absolutely beautiful and unmolested 1955 SA Garand. Just need a Krag but not enough desire to drive all that way nor spend $1k on it. |

Well work got in the way come 3:00 AM on Saturday so I could not go.
Have rescheduled for this Thursday. A buddy is going with me. We plan on striking off early around 4-5am and arriving down at 7-8. Questions I have from reading on the CMP forum. Do they let a set number in the store at any given time? I had seen a post about mask & Gloves mandatory is this still true? I have also seen something about a wait to get in and guys sitting up chairs to hold themselves a spot in the line? Do they take checks? Does the in store purchase still get you a case with the gun? |

Yup, if you buy an 03 or M1917 you get the old style foam case which I think you can also request in place of the newer fitted cases for the Garands. |
