I have one. I like it a lot. I put a tall target knob on it, painted it high-visibility yellow, and marked off the clicks to correspond with the drop on the rear sight, making it a bullet drop compensator.

I have one of their 2-7x variable scout scopes I run on a single shot .45-70. That's same model was for both handguns and scout rifles. It has an illuminated heavy duplex reticle for hunting. The rifle has a fixed receiver sight and globe front sight, so the only place to mount the scope was out on the barrel. It's QD mounted for when I want to shoot irons.
I like the scope. Light, bright, well made. The fixed 2.75 should be very good, too.

Personally, I'd suggest the variable power 2-7 as well... not trying to derail your thread at all... but man ... mine was handy as heck when Sage rat Hunting.
I'd leave it set at about 3x and that gave me a great field of view for scanning for the little vermin... and if needed I could quickly zoom to 7x. That size scope is much handier then is given credit for. If I may ask... why a fixed power 2.75 ? |

I had one 20+ years ago with a German 3 post reticle. It was OK.
Generally I prefer the glass on Leupolds. |

Do you already have a scout rail for this gun?
Because I'd set it up with QD rings and a traditional mounted 2.5x or 1-4x Leupold if it were mine. I got over the scout scope thing a long time ago.
