I'm basically looking for a bridge with articulation for bridging two PVS 14s with DDAs or a 14 and a thermal with also a dovetail mount.

Check out the TNVC NPBM (non-powered bridge mount),’TNVC PBM (Powered Bridge Mount), and the Noisefighters Panobridge.
All of these bridges do not require the DDA. The bridges have their own interface that attaches to each PVS-14.
They each have different features:
NPBM: Light weight bridge with collar attachment in addition to 1/4 x 20 screw
PBM: Replaces onboard AA batteries with adapters to power both devices from the bridge itself with a single power switch. The bridge has a single AA compartment and a LEMO port for the ability to use a remote battery pack such as the AB Night Vision LPBP-GO
Noisefighters Panobridge: Light weight bridge with adjustable FOV. There are several versions of it (MK1, MK2, MK3, M-Zero, M-Seven, and a soon to be released M1).
Which helmet mount are you currently using? I assume the INVG?
If so. I recommend using the Wilcox G24, Norotos Lo-Sto, or Norotos RhinoII with a dual -14 bridge.
ETA: this above is for dual PVS-14s only. To integrate a thermal with a dovetail interface, the Panobridge MK3 is the only option out of the above. Noisefighters has a Dovetail replacement arm that also has IPD integrated which you will need to purchase separately.
The Wilcox PVS-14 bridge can be purchased as just the bridge itself with two dovetail folding arms but you may have issues running the DDA this way. These dovetail folding arms have IPD adjustment.
