Those of you with APPROVED e-filed form 1 for the 'no tax paid' brace SBR- did you upload pics of gun and/or markings?

It's not a requirement per the rules, but the form shows '...may request photos".

I submitted one measly .22lr braced pistol for the amnesty SBR on Feb 4, so almost 4 months ago. Eform site still shows 'submitted'. I did not submit photos of the braced pistol or the markings. I just now uploaded a pic of each to the application just to see if that makes any difference.

This was done as a Trust, not individual. The Trust schedule form w/braced pistol was notarized in January before the cutoff date, so no issue there, I don't believe. I have several paid Stamped items on that Trust including another SBR that came back in under a month, so I just don't know what's going on with this!

I only included a close up shot of the rollmark/SN on the side of the lower. Nothing of the whole gun. 3 approved brace eform 1s so far.

Just factory markings except on a few oddballs that don't normally have braces.

I'm at 25 of 27 approved.

I used Silencer Shop to do my eForm 1 for my Rattler braced pistol. I included pictures of the stampings on the lower and received my approval in around 30 days. I think this is all they need:

I got one approved. No pictures. Just selected the mfg from the drop down list (Palmetto State Armory).

4 still pending. All submitted at the same time in January.

same here just rollmark and serial number on AR platform, serial number only on ruger 10/22 platform, and serial number on on t/c contenders, nothing else. 14 approved with my trust.

I submitted a picture of the serial and markings on my PSA AKP.  I also did my own fingerprints which I didn't think turned out that great but they accepted it and got the approval in about 90 days.

I sent a picture of the roll mark and serial number with each of mine. Nothing showing the entire gun. All 3 were approved at around a month and a half.

I paid for one set of prints at the local sheriff office when I did my first Form4 years ago. Since then I always rolled my own with the free FD-258 cards and a cheap stamp pad from Amazon. They looked like crap but always got approved.
