Good morning folks.  I'm wondering if anyone can ID who made this Bowie knife based on the manufacturer stamp?  The scabbard is marked "Kohls" for what it's worth. Thanks in advance.

Don’t know the maker but it looks like fossilized mammoth bone and he used a differential temper on the edge which makes me think he may be an Ed Fowler adherent.

ETA: maybe an early Jarod Todd blade?

Not sure of the maker but it appears the blade was clay hardened (much like Japanese swords are done)
