What is the best place to have an M16 A1 lower refinished?

Do you know someone who can fill pitting in an AR15 9mm lower and refinish it?

Does Colt handle this work?

U.S. Anodizing is the absolute best - unfortunately they aren't talking on any new work at this time.

Their website says they are not but if you call they clarify they still do work on individual projects, just no bulk work
