Been looking and not sure what’s the best without breaking the bank for a low cost build in 2022.

Lots of good reviews for utg pro but for $10 more I could get a tactical solution or egw.
$30 max budget

I posted the same question a few days ago.

My biggest issue with most of the rails, is I like the lugs that go across it to be one solid line from left to right, not a 1/3 of the rail wide, with a channel down the middle.

Several like this were recommended and are probably just as good, I just don't care for it for some reason. My gun, my choice.  Being a picky ass is costly.

The best one I found (to my liking) was the LaRue 10/22 Rail, but like anything they make, its spendy. I like that its a bit
https://www.larue.com/products/ruger-10-22-picatinny-rail-lt178/

The LT178 rail is precision CNC-machined, 6" long, with a generous 5" of travel (13 rail lugs). The rail cantilevers 1.25" forward of the receiver so riflescopes with longer eye-relief can be used. The mating-surface between the rail and rifle receiver is machined for a perfect fit, and takes only a minute to install using the OEM threaded receiver holes.

Also comes with more Screws. :)

Like the poster above me mentioniond, the MWI, maybe the best bang for the buck.

Sorry I missed your post.
Like the larue but spent too much on there mounts for center fire optics

This is a budget build that may replace dnz rings and a 1-4x. Thinking of a new vortex 3x prism on a low mount.

Not sure though

I went with the EGW, the groove in the middle didn't bother me.

I like the EGW extended front rails, makes it easy to mount even bigger size optics.

The Ruger rail I avoided because of some complaints about the hole pattern not lining up well.

The EGW installs very easy, fits well, I used the recommended blue medium strength Loctite and torqued mine to the 20 in/ lb spec.

I'm using a Vortex Crossfire II 1-4X24 illuminated SFP, with a Warne picatinny lever quick disconnect mount medium height, like mine so far.

IMO the reason for that Picatinny profile is because it lets you use iron sights through the groove.

UTG Pro for $20 is decent. Its also made in the USA

Both of my 10/22s have Bull Barrels and no Irons...

Just optics...
I'm ok with no irons, its a bench, target/plinker, not a combat gun.

Yeah fair enough. In that case I would get the complete Picatinny rail.

The Midwest stuff has a good reputation so you probably did good. When I was selling this stuff I sold a ton of the weaver 48335 for people looking for a decent cheap base. Not picatinny spec but works well enough for most people.
