For 5.7, we've seen gel tests, but really have no idea what load is actually more effective.
-A member of ARF whose a autopsy guy said he saw SS197 perform poorly in a real life corpse, where a number of rounds fragmented too much and only penetrated a few inches. Yet in gel tests, SS197 is one of the few rounds that consistently expands/frags yet makes it 12"+
-SS198 never ever makes it 12" in gel (always 8-9") yet it reaches rifle velocity from the PS90, and had one extremely effective single shot stop in Belgium by their police.
-->At least for me, I have no idea which is actually the better load. The farthest distance in my home is 12yd, and I suspect the effect of stress and movement will have much more effect on shot placement then the differences in POI between the 2 loads.
