Texas is a big state, are you in the Houston area? If so, Chris at Aquila Firearms over in La Porte does good work and may be able to tackle those for you. I've used him for an M1A, Mini-14, and some other random rifles. I have also used Morgan for alot of stuff including a Mk III Hunter that needed the site moved back and it is perfect. Is he not taking site moving projects anymore?

Morgan isn't doing sight work anymore. Said it is too time consuming and he has too many threading projects to do.
I just ordered a new factory threaded barrel for my TD 10/22. It's backordered, but when I get it, I'll sell the factory barrel. |

Agreed. The standard 10/22 isn't too difficult to change the barrel and with the take down variant its super easy. Instead of sending off my factory barrel for threading I just swapped for a threaded KIDD replacement and traded the factory barrel for some other stuff I needed. |
