Not really. They are just plastic hulls. One could reload them with some sort of payload, but there are much better quality casings out there than these. Perhaps a collector that did not have, and wanted an example of this particular casing might part with 5 bucks or so, for one, but other than that, really not worth much. GROG

Well darn. I guess I'm stuck with almost 50 of these I can't do anything with. Scrap barrel!
