Who sells the best HK-91, CETME, or PTR 80% lower receiver? What are the best price jigs you have seen?

https://www.robertrtg.com/store/pc/G3-RECEIVER-FLAT-NEW-PRODUCTION-p3995.htm

Is this the only part that is needed as an 80, or are there other parts that would either need to be self-manufactured/go through an FFL? I have never seen a part like this

https://hkparts.net/product/hk-g3-hk-91-ptr-parts-kit-ptr-barrel-flat-p16579.htm

This looked like a good deal but is out of stock.

It's a few years old, but...

Should be pretty close to this process is imagine.

I contacted this seller's customer service and the lady told me this was a military surplus full-auto kit. She said that since it hasn't been built yet, it can be shipped to your door. Is that true?

80% AK-47s use a similar jig to bend the receiver flat. Can you use a jig for an AK on a receiver flat for an HK/CETME/PTR?

Nope. Get the correct jig if you are wanting to do one of these up.

Get the RTG flat if doing a G3. The PTR flat HKparts uses is shit

This is how this stuff works out

You get a flat(through the mail its not a firearm).

You press the flat into the jig/die

You then will have to tweak the receiver to take the bolt carrier. That's where the larger rods come into play. Then you weld it together. You may have to tweak it every single time you weld on it throughout the process as well

Next is to cut out the trunion and such from the destroyed kit

Then you install the parts into the receiver you made

Finally you weld everything up

The process is pretty much the same for any roller gun.

You want to set the bolt gap at .010 to .020

Also dont forget to leave a gap for the cocking support or you will run into weird issues with false bolt gap and it being hard to charge

What is the legality regarding having this shipped to you and possessing a trigger actuator?

A full auto pack wont drop into a properly built SA roller gun

Just get the SA pack. IMHO its a pain to convert them to SA and not something I would want to mess with just getting into roller guns

Depends upon your state laws.

There is nothing any of those products does that you cannot do with your trigger finger.

Also, you’ll need US parts for 922r compliance. Just get a trigger pack (4), grip frame, and charging handle, can’t remember how many needed.
