It looks a lot like the Girsan MC312 tactical
And Weatherby will probably have parts for a while, but what about 10-15-20 years from now? I deal mostly in older guns, it's what I like, but a lot of the older imported guns are at the mercy of cannibalism for replacement parts. You have to consider the numbers of them sold when they were in production. The Turkish guns like others in the past will have a deal with an importer for a while, then that will fall through and who knows if another importer will pick it up as the exact model as before.
It's not exactly a cheap priced gun and your money in my opinion would be better spent on a used, higher quality gun. There are some good deals in the used market on tactical 12 gauge semiauto shotguns. Beretta 1201FPs are below $300 now. A used Remington 1100 can be bought and outfitted cheaper than the wholesale prices I'm seeing on the Weatherby.
I hate to kick a persons new dog, but I see buyers remorse all the time when something isn't right or breaks on a lower quality gun.
