There are now quite a number of PCP (pre-charged pnuematic) bolt action air rifles on the market. I have four (well five if you count the parts/experimental gun). These guns use a rather high pressure air reservoir and often have a magazine of eight to 18 shots (depends a bit on caliber and design). They usually get between 20 and 60 shots on a full fill for a standard reservoir. Bottle guns have a much larger air supply and get substantially more shots on a fill, but also require a more sophisticated air source. You are not going to fill a bottle gun with a hand pump/compressor any time soon.
In the U.S. these guns typically run about 20 ft-lbs in .177 caliber to 50 ft-lbs in .30. In England, where airguns are quite popular, airguns must be held under 12 ft-lbs unless the owner wants to deal with the ownership restrictions of a firearm. The guy in the video, obviously is willing to own a shotgun and thus deal with it's firearm ownership. But, that airgun of his is most likely not above the 12 ft-lb limit.
