I have an anealezz also.
Aneal before resizing. I use to set the flame and speed by using tempilaq. Lately I have been setting the flame so the light blue flame kernel just reaches the metal case guide. Then setting the speed so the case JUST BARELY glows in a dark room before dropping out of the flame. I aim the flame so it's towards the bottom of the case shoulder. |

Assuming you are staring with fired brass... then you would clean it up, anneal the stress of that last firing, and then size.
