Has any one figured out a way to do this? I understand that it is meant to be a low profile plate carrier but I like tinkering with stuff. Thinking about adding hook Velcro to a hydration pack and some straps going over the shoulder straps of the carrier to the angled MOLLE straps somehow, just trying to figure out how to connect them.

Maybe just a basic triglide on the other side of the angled strap to hold it.

If you have a MOLLE hydration pouch, you can just get a MOLLE Velcro adapter.

Yep this is the simplest solution.

I'd get a zip adapter for the panel I want, but I use them for ancillaries. Little harder to sell for just water. There are easier options.

Qore Icesleeve has hook or loop sides for attaching to velcro. might be worth a try.
