Gave it a shot with a old upper i had and a PSA stealth lower. Used all Rustoleum camo colors after a scotch-brite rubdown and degreaser bath. Letting it bake in the South MS sun for a bit. Attached File Attached File Attached File Attached File |

Well, I sprayed my mk18… Following Garandthumb, and not wanting to cause cancer- I did very little taping- so yes, the t2 and rc2 got sprayed. I dont understand spraying a gun but not an optic. The suppressor obviously has the paint burned off it now, but it still looks good. These pics are soon after the first paint job. I’ve actually added a touch of flat black, but not too much… Attached File While at it, the 870 and Cmmg dedicated 22lr got canned too… Attached File |

 Just a simple rattle can job that has worn off. The rifle currently has only about half the paint left on it. Funny thing is I have built a few "pretty" rifles. One "tanadized" one spray finished. The sad thing is the crappy spray bomb is still my favorite. I keep thinking I will repaint it but the wear is all from real use and I kind of like it. |
