Is it possible to run an E-COTI on an ANVIS goggle?
I'm wondering if the lens coating effects the image from the E-COTI or if there's even an adapter for the ANVIS objective.

It is possible to do, but with some caveats:
You need the LIF/accessory adapter ring, and you need to secure the COTI adapter clamp to the objective lens assembly itself.
This means that with a rotational objective like the AVS-9, the whole device will have to rotate with the objective, and depending on where you mount it, the weight or the fact that it sticks out may cause the objective lens to rotate when you don't want it to.
Also, if you're using a lobed objective lens assembly (translating or rotational), the COTI/E-COTI may not fit period, and if it does, it will have to go between the lobes, which means that with a translating lens assembly, you will not be able to adjust focus--AB Night Vision does offer a "low profile" objective modification, however that is a similar profile to the old serrated focusing ring objective lens assemblies.
Finally, for some applications, Safran/Optics1 has developed variants with a longer "periscope" and special ANVIS adapter for lobed translating lenses, however this variant is not available for commercial sales.
