Hello.  I have some hornady 129 grain projectiles and two options for powder.  I have rl-16 and a-4064 but cannot find any starting loads for either.  Any help appreciated.  Thank you.  Larry

For a modern rifle look for .260 Remington data, start about 2% lower and keep the max about 3% above listed max.

Can't help you with anything for a swedish Mauser.

How long is your barrel? My 29 inch barrel m96 swede did much better with imr 4350 over 4064.

Yes. I agree nothing in my manuals covering your combination of components.

Long time ago I called Sierra to get an opinion of some 308 loads using IMR4320.
He warned me to never use it with 6.55 Swede as they blew up 2 96 action Swedes with a mid load Speer said 38-42gr they loaded 40gr).

Point is the 96, all Swedes are NOT 98 action Mausers so going off script is not a safe idea.

Personally I would stay with slow burners like Re22, H414/450, H/IMR 4350/4831 and the like.

There is load data for 4895/4064/4320 etc but may I suggest you have someone with you and a first aide kit for those
