Had a buddy submit a factory SBR on Wednesday afternoon, got a call to pick up Rifle on Friday morning.

Form 4 suppressors are reporting two days as well. I submitted a Form 1 SBR last week and the fingerprint cards are due to arrive today. Maybe next weekend I can mount that stock.

I submitted my e-file Form 1 on Tuesday. It was approved yesterday. 72 hour turnaround.

My latest eForm 4 suppressor was approved in 24 days! That's my best time since 2015 when I had two approved in a month.

 Submitted 3 form 1’s over the weekend. Never done a form 1 before. 3/23 submit. Approved on 3/27. Assuming they don’t work weekends. That means 3 day turn around. Bill G pistol is now a Bill G rifle. Waiting on the others now. One more AR, and a P320. |

I’d be really curious to know what the percentage of total forms submitted lately that are coming back this quick out of all form submitted really is. I submitted an electronic form 4 for an individual during the last week of February and then shortly after started reading all these stories about people getting approvals back in a couple of days. Mine is still outstanding for some reason. I guess maybe they started speeding up the process on the ones that started coming in just after my time period. And I’m sure that even though there seem to be a good number of quick approvals coming in, there still must be some not going that fast.
This was done through Silencer Shop’s services via my local dealer. I went to a kiosk and then we certified electronically. Anyone else submit during the last week of February and still waiting like I am? |
