Ok well she is finally done.  Sanded the stock after bleeding out the cosmo. Then stained with Minwax  oil based English Chestnut and finished it off with two coats of Polyurethane.  The hand guard is slightly lighter than the stock, but it was like that when I got it from Century so overall I am happy with the way it turned out.  I'll take better pictures tomorrow when the sun is up.

Some beautiful grain in that stock.  Nice job on the refinish and I'm looking foward to seeing some better pics.

Looks real good, Usawolfe.  I'll try to get some pics up of mine today too.  I don't know what kind of wood they used for those stocks, but it sure does clean up and finish beautifully.
