Hmmm.....

ArmaLite AR-10A2F Rifle in 7.62 NATO

My "custom"  A1/C7 hybrid Colt AR-15 rifle in 5.56 NATO

Remington 870 Marine Magnum

Colt 1911A1 in stainless

Smith and Wesson  629 dash ZERO in .44 Remington Magnum

If I could only have five...those are the five.  Wish it was six, would have loved to have had a Colt Woodsman.

I'd relocate somewhere where I can have as many guns as I want like I do now.

I only have 5 right now, and I don't see a real need to buy more.

1) PS90
2) Five-seveN
3) SPAS-12
4) SLR-106UR
5) SLR-106FR

I've got almost enough spare parts to build a second SPAS-12, (need heatshield/pump grip) and enough spares to put together a working LAW-12. Two spare PS-90 lowers, with trigger packs, a 10.5 CMMMG barrel, and one 16.5 FN barrel with shroud and upper parts. I've got a complete 5-7 parts kit everything minus the frame, and the SLR rifles I'm working on getting spares for now but I do have 15 magazines and tons of external accessories.

Yes I'm comfortable with the shotgun, more so than any other shotgun available on the market. But I've had it since I was a teenager 15 years ago.

The only thing I really want now is maybe a really nice Tokarev to go with my AKs and maybe an SAS-12 to accompany my SPAS.

You need a better sidearm and shotgun.

My sidearm and shotgun are fine.

I've had Benellis, Remingtons, Saigas, and Mossbergs. They got shit canned because I'm the most proficient, and most comfortable with the SPAS.

I've had Glocks, 1911s, Berettas, and CZs, again I'm the most comfortable with the Five-seveN.

Sorry I'm not a cookie cutter 1911, 870, and AR-15 owner like you.

I'm a cookie cutter 1911, 870, and AR-15 owner.

However Im also a caliber conversion nut and that helps here. Here are my 5 choices from those guns that I already own.

1. Springfield 'Loaded' 1911A1 .45ACP with Colt prewar Ace .22 conversion and 1980's Colt 9mm conversion units.

2. Remington 870 Police with ghost ring sights and Surefire weapon light. (I like my M1 Super 90 better, but it only works with full power buckshot or slugs)

3. CMMG LEPII 5.56 16" M4gery with Aimpoint Comp M2, and CMMG .22lr and 6.8 uppers with magazines.

4. HK4 .380 with .32 and .22 conversions

5. Winchester model 70 .30-06 with Leupold 3x9 scope.

All right I will play to:
-Sig 516 w/ the 10" upper with the suppressor. For CQB/self defence
-DPMS 308 w/ suppressor for long range and hunting
-Remington 1100 tactical. For closeup stuff and hunting. Shoots a nice group with slugs at 100 yds
-Glock 17. Ammo and parts would be plentiful
-22 LR rifle, undecided between S&W 15-22 or ruger 10/22. Both can be used for small game but the 15-22 can be a used as a trainer for the Sig. I will take the 15-22. It has a suppressor and would come in handy hunting small game with it.

The above choices are some of what I currently have and what I would grap in a SHTF situation. That's what I based choices on and not a bunch of fantasy guns or ones that are unobtainable.

i would go with a

scar heavy .308 for larger game (primary)
6+ magazines leupold 4-12x50 scope with standard iron sights

hk mp5 with collapsable stock (CQB Rifle)
6+magazines aimpoint single point sling streamlight nightfighter mounted on handguard

sig p226 platinum elite (sidearm)
6+ magazines safariland drop leg als holster with tlr1s (factory adjustable night sights)

benelli m4 12 gauge (versitile) buckshot birdshot and slugs
trijicon reflex with amber triangle reticle buttstock shell holder

and i would take a bolt action .22 with a detachable magazine (use aguila super colibri rounds) so there is no need for a suppressor and it would still be silent for small game to eat and survive off of
a decent bipod and a leupold 3-9x40 optic see thru rings with iron sights

im not sure if you were posting towards me?^^^^ but i was posting what i feel is most important i have not had any situation where my sig has made me even consider another handgun im at 7k plus rounds since last cleaning and no failures yet over 12k total on the gun and i also think the op was talking about 5 guns as 5 whole guns only not 5 whole guns with 12 conversion kits for each either way if i wanted i could have made myself sound like a punk trying to sneak thru a loophole of the op's by saying i would take these 5 guns and a .22 conversion (which i have threaded) for my sig also my suppressor and would do away with the bolt action .22 and go with a threaded 10/22 and my can and i would switch the mp5 for my DD ar15 which i have a yankee hill suppressor that willl fit the scar 308 and my ar15 both but i wasnt including any conversion kits or suppressors

Remington 700 in .308 Win
NDS retro M16A1 semi auto clone 5.56x45mm
AR flattop carbine 5.56x45MM
Smith & Wesson M442 .38 Special

Kinda what I have now. I have multiples of the above.

The Glock 17 is my EDC, the M442 is my BUG.

Remington 700 is my deer gun, Remington 870 would be wood stocked and I'd have multiple barrels and magazine extensions to swap out.

Retro AR is my favorite rifle, the flattop carbine is just plain useful. Maybe I'd build the carbine on another NDS lower and have an XM177E2 upper to swap back and forth between.

And .22 kits for the Glock and AR.
