Good post, similar questions like this come up all the time.
I load 32 H&R magnum.
Just like any other pistol caliber, for PC bullets use jacketed data. Or lead data if you want less power.
This has worked for me in 32 ACP, 32 S&W long, 32 H&R magnum, 7.62x25, 380, 9mm, 38 Special, 357, 10mm, 44 mag, 45 ACP, and 45 Colt.
I found this out 10 years or so ago when I first got into PC. I used lead data and then worked up to jacketed data.
Just work up as you would any other load. But in pistols velocity has no effect on proper PC bullets. (don't know about the super magnums)
