I've purchased 3 warcomps to date and each one came with its own wrench for install

I've got a SF wrench for 3P, but nothing for CT. I just use a #2 phillips head screwdriver to what feels close to 20-25ftlbs. Shims and Rocksett are also used.

I'm getting a used one so no wrench will be included

I just ground down a cheap wrench until narrow enough.

Bicycle shops usually sell stamped wrenches that are > 3/16" thick. A strap wrench would work as well.

IIRC, torque value is only like 20-25 lbs.

Eta: Per SF: " No less than 20, no more than 30 lbs."
