I’ve built 12 ARs and this is a first.  I just built a 14.5” carbine with some nice parts (Black Hole, Noveske). I completed the build with a Sig Romeo5.  I took it to the range to function check it and sight it in. At 50 yards it was dead on, no adjustments required at all.  I couldn’t believe it.  Some of my past builds wouldn’t even hit the paper at 35 yards.

Slim.  But it happens.

I had a BCM 14.5” upper with carry handle that was DEAD ON at 50 with no adjustment to the front or rear sight.

Done a ton and never had one dead on. Had a few close had a few not on the paper but never zeroed. Gun gods were with you for sure.

I would say you need go buy some LOTTO tickets for this weeks drawing.

I have had some on the past that were close at 25 yards, but never on at 50....

That's pretty wild considering groups will shift a couple MOA just using different ammo.

Hang on to that gun.

Never seen it happen out of a lot of ARs.
And the lotto ticket thing, not bad advice.

This guy @ Road Atlanta destroyed a GSXR-750 at real speed, and was unhurt.
The mechanic told him to go buy a lotto ticket and he did.
Won 50k.

I bought a CMMG Banshee 10mm and put a Sparc AR II on it (right out of the box). Took it to the range and was absolutely dead on at 50 yards. I couldn’t believe it, so I shot like 5 more 3-shot groups just to make sure. I’ve sighted in well over 100 guns, and this was a first.

I've put a fair number of optics on numbers of AR's. Never had one that was on for either windage or elevation let alone both

I've had multiple optics that were within a few clicks elevation, but never windage. I have had a barrel nut that lined up right at 30 ft/lbs, and an ALG nut that lined up with the first shim.

Build or repair/refurb enough guns and this will happen. It's simply a numbers game,
