I’m looking at one of these tanks for my 6920 I shoot a mix of 55, 62 and 77 grain stuff. So I’m looking for info on which 1 to 6 power model to get, the 55 or 77 grain reticle?

Is there any info about running various ammo weights thru either one that discusses the difference in point aim point of impact variables?

Both theo-reticle-ly top about 18 MOA to 600yds. 55gr is a smidge flatter to 500yds then runs out of steam and the 77gr's B.C. takes over.

The thing about the VCOG that appeals to me is the integrated base. With 1913 being the standard, and a near infinite number of risers available, I’m surprised we’re still horsing around with rings in the Year of Our Lord, 2022.

I had a 55gr one and I ran 55gr and 75gr out of it. Inside 400yds there isn’t a huge difference. I have the 1-8 vcog and I like the MRAD reticle better and it’s brighter. But the 1-6 vcog is a very good optic. Get streklok on your phone and you can play around with different zeroes and data on it.

Easy problem to solve with the base being adjustable.

From the stock photos, how far can it go forward?
