Looking for ideas for a trigger for an AR-45 I am going to build.  It will be the CMMG RDB system with the 8 inch barrel.  I have an SOLGW lpk with their fighting trigger and a Centurion Arms AMT trigger as well.  I don't think a 2-stage would work for a PDW and neither would a binary.  Am I overthinking this?

Is there something wrong with the SOLGW trigger?  If it is a mil-spec'ish trigger you can improve it with a hammer spring tweak, and then there is the setscrew trigger job to reduce creep.

With the RDB I do think you have more options for triggers than blowback, the Larue might be on the table.  I see no reason ever for binary.

What trigger type do YOU want to use ??   Single stage....2 stage.....or binary ??

When you decide that,  go buy the one that you want.

DI or Blowback?
Reread and answered my own question......RDB is not nearly as violent and conventional blowback, if buffered properly you can run most any trigger with it.
Have you considered DI

Yes sir I did but the budget wasn't there for this build.  Maybe one day.
