I have a PSA AR-9 w/ a 4” barrel, 5” M-lok handguard and PSA fluted flash device on the end.

I’m buying a suppressor that is 1.375” in diameter. Unfortunately my current handguard inner diameter will not accommodate the suppressor. I’ve been bumping around the usual sites looking but the specs are either missing the inner diameter measurement or are too small.

Does anyone know of a 5-7” M-lok handgaurd that has a inner diameter of >1.4”?

You want a handguard less than 1.4"?  To fit over your 1.375" can.

I have a AAC TiRant 9 (1.38" OD) under a Samson Evolution Keymod Rail (1.56" ID) and it barely fits with a keymod rail section for a flashlight mount near the end of the rail.  I would suggest a 1.5" ID Rail is the absolute minimum, and with that, you may not be able to have any MLOK accessories on the rail where it overlaps the can.

Edit: a couple of pics

Some of the 'suppressor' HG's are HUGE and are meant for a rifle-diameter suppressor.

I run a Samson-EVO + Ti-Rant 45M and it looks juuuust right IMO.

I got a stack of them for $50-70 when they were on sale.  They're large enough to clear the suppressor and give some space so the can doesn't radiate heat and make the handguard 5000 kelvin.

Like the above have stated with aero precision or any BAR type Handguard (seekins, AP and some older primary arms) ... some are slightly thicker than others, but should be at least 1.5 ID

Its what I have as well.

5" tros 3 lug barrel with Tirant 9M w/ 3 lug attachment. Think mine is the 9" wanted the 7" but OOS for so long and the 9 poped up so bought it.
